WooRank vs SE Ranking pricing for small agencies once you add clients, seats and white label

WooRank is cheaper for a small agency that sells branded audits to up to five clients: Premium is $199.99 a month, or $133.25 on yearly billing, with white-label PDFs included. SE Ranking is cheaper as soon as you track rankings for more than five clients or add a second person, because Core covers 10 projects for $129 and extra seats start at $16.

We read both pricing pages from a United States connection, WooRank's on 25 September 2026 and SE Ranking's on 22 September, so these are the dollar figures a US buyer sees at checkout. We also sell an on-page SEO tool, so weigh our conclusions with that in mind.

If what you actually need is the corrected page rather than a report about it, try that step on one client URL before you commit to either subscription.

WooRank vs SE Ranking pricing, plan by plan

WooRank sells two published plans. Pro is $89.99 a month or $639 a year, for 1 project, 50 tracked keywords and a Site Crawl of 2,500 pages. Premium is $199.99 a month or $1,599 a year, for 5 projects, 250 keywords, unlimited white-label PDF reports and a lead generation tool. Enterprise is quoted by sales.

SE Ranking sells two published plans too. Core is $129 a month, or $103.20 a month billed annually, for 10 projects, 1 manager seat, 2,000 keywords tracked daily and 250,000 audited pages a month. Growth is $279, or $223.20 annually, for 30 projects, 3 seats and 5,000 keywords. White-label reporting is the Agency Pack, listed from $69 a month on the annual view, and extra seats start at $16.

On paper that looks like WooRank is the cheap one. It is, at exactly one shape of business. The table below prices the shapes small agencies actually have.

Monthly cost of WooRank and SE Ranking for five common small agency setups, with the cheaper option named
Your agency WooRank SE Ranking Cheaper
Freelancer, 1 client site, audits only Pro, $89.99 a month or $53.25 yearly Core, $129 a month or $103.20 yearly WooRank, by about $39 to $50 a month
Agency, 5 clients, branded audit PDFs Premium, $133.25 yearly, white label included Core $103.20 yearly plus Agency Pack from $69 = from $172.20 WooRank, by about $39 a month
Agency, 10 clients, rank tracking Premium covers 5 projects, the rest goes to sales Core, $129 a month, 10 projects and 2,000 keywords SE Ranking, and it is not close
Three people need logins Not published, WooRank sends more users to sales Core $129 plus 2 seats from $16 = from $161 SE Ranking, because it publishes the price
Agency, 25 clients, white label Enterprise, priced by sales Growth $223.20 yearly plus Agency Pack from $69 = from $292.20 SE Ranking, the only one with a published price

The white-label row is the one that surprises people. WooRank Premium on yearly billing is $133.25 a month and includes branded PDFs. SE Ranking Core plus the Agency Pack is from $172.20 on yearly billing. If the audit report with your logo on it is the product you sell, WooRank does that job for about $39 a month less, and it is built for exactly that: its reviews are written for business owners rather than specialists.

The WooRank price on most comparison pages is wrong

Search for this comparison and page one is nine software-directory pages. The prices they surface are $59.99 or $79.99 for WooRank Pro, and a few still list a $19.99 Lite plan as the entry point.

We read the plan data WooRank's pricing page is built from. It holds four plans: Pro monthly at $89.99, Pro yearly at $639, Premium monthly at $199.99 and Premium yearly at $1,599. Lite is not among them, and the page's own description now reads "Pro, Premium or need more users?". WooRank also states Premium's crawl as 10,000 pages in one list and 10,500 in another, so size your largest client with the lower figure. For the suite most buyers weigh it against, see our WooRank vs Semrush comparison.

SE Ranking has its own version of this problem. Many comparison pages still quote its retired Essential plan at $44 to $65 a month. The plans it sells now are Core, Growth and Enterprise, and Core is $129. Both vendors have repriced in the last year, and both pricing pages move without much notice, which is why agencies that resell tools often put a competitor monitoring tool that tracks pricing page changes on the vendors they depend on, so a repricing shows up before the renewal rather than on the invoice.

What you get for the money, beyond the price

Capacity is the clearest difference. SE Ranking Core audits 250,000 pages a month. WooRank Pro crawls 2,500, which a store with filtered category URLs can exceed on its own. SE Ranking also tracks 2,000 keywords daily on Core against 50 on WooRank Pro and 250 on Premium. If rank reporting is part of your retainer, WooRank runs out of room at the second or third client.

Presentation is where WooRank wins. Every paid plan exports unlimited PDF reports, the language is plain, and the Chrome and Firefox extensions give an instant review of any page you are looking at, which is useful on a sales call. Premium adds a lead generation tool that turns site reviews into prospect leads. SE Ranking's Report Builder allows 10 reports on Core and 30 on Growth and is built for recurring client reporting rather than one-off sales audits.

So the honest split is this. WooRank is a sales and audit-report tool that also tracks a few keywords. SE Ranking is a delivery tool for ongoing SEO work that can also produce reports. Agencies that mostly sell audits lean WooRank. Agencies that mostly run monthly retainers lean SE Ranking.

What neither of them does for your clients

Both tools stop at the diagnosis. The audit says the title is 74 characters, the meta description is missing and the H2s do not mention the service. Then someone at your agency writes the replacement, page by page, for every client. That is usually where the retainer hours go, and it is the step clients cannot see in the PDF.

That step is what we sell. Paste a client URL and the keyword it should rank for, and SEOMake returns a score, every issue with the evidence behind it, and then the rewritten title, meta description, heading outline and opening paragraph. Paid plans add a 400 to 700 word draft that follows the outline. Starter is $49 a month with unlimited page audits and 20 drafts, and Agency is $499 with 500 drafts. It crawls a whole site up to the page limit of your plan and tracks rankings, but it does not produce white-label PDFs, so it sits next to WooRank or SE Ranking rather than replacing either. Plans are on our pricing page, and SEO software for agencies covers how agencies usually combine the pieces.

Priced together, WooRank Premium yearly plus SEOMake Starter is $182.25 a month. That buys branded audits for five clients and the corrected copy for the pages those audits flag.

Questions agencies ask before they buy

Is WooRank cheaper than SE Ranking?

For one website, yes. WooRank Pro is $89.99 a month against SE Ranking Core at $129. For an agency it depends on the count: WooRank Premium covers 5 client projects for $199.99, while SE Ranking Core covers 10 for $129. Past five clients, SE Ranking is the cheaper tool by a wide margin.

How much does WooRank cost for an agency?

Most agencies need Premium, which is $199.99 a month or $1,599 a year ($133.25 a month). It includes 5 projects, 250 tracked keywords, unlimited white-label PDF reports and a lead generation tool. More projects or more users go through WooRank's sales team, which does not publish a price.

Does SE Ranking include white-label reports?

Not on the base plans. White-label and client-facing reporting come with the Agency Pack, listed from $69 a month on SE Ranking's annual pricing view. Core with the Agency Pack starts at $172.20 a month on yearly billing, which is more than WooRank Premium at $133.25 with white label already included.

What is WooRank Pro's real price?

WooRank Pro is $89.99 a month, or $639 a year, in the plan data on WooRank's own pricing page on 25 September 2026. Some comparison sites list $59.99 or $79.99, and others still quote a $19.99 Lite plan that is no longer on WooRank's plan list. Budget from $89.99.

Which has the better site audit, WooRank or SE Ranking?

SE Ranking has the bigger one: 250,000 pages a month on Core against 2,500 on WooRank Pro. WooRank's audit reads more easily for a business owner and exports straight to a client PDF. If your clients have large sites, capacity wins. If they have ten-page brochure sites, presentation wins.

Do WooRank or SE Ranking offer a free trial?

Both do. SE Ranking offers 14 days with no credit card. WooRank offers a free trial on Pro and Premium from its pricing page. Run the same three client sites through both during the trials and compare the reports you would actually send, not the feature lists.

WooRank plans and limits were read from the plan data and feature text on woorank.com/en/p/pricing on 25 September 2026. SE Ranking plans, limits and add-on prices were read from seranking.com/subscription.html on 22 September 2026. Both were requested from a United States connection. Agency cost rows combine those published rates. Vendor prices change without notice, so trust the checkout over this page.
